That is all! Made baba ganoush and hummus. Although I had to substitute natural peanut butter for the tahini. Good _and_ cheap.
Lesson number one: get eggplant when it's in season and on sale.

The weather was supposed to cool down today. I've been craving beef stroganoff. Of course, since I forgot the list at home, I punted. We're going to try this with a lot of mushrooms, full fat yogurt instead of sour cream (forgot to buy low fat), and farfalle(sp?), rather than egg noodles.
Could be interesting.

Sitting at Macy's waiting on Alex...poor guy is having to buy dress
pants and shirt for work.

No, not decomposition. Back from MS150. Having coffee and relaxing
before the drive back North. MJ was right, this is more mentally
exhausting than physically demanding....is it next year yet???

Netcontrol/Hinckley was right...we may be dead on our feet, but seeing
the riders at the finish line makes it worth it. I may be exhausted,
but I can't wait to do it again.

I'm digging out my junque and starting to pack for the MS-150. Life's good!
[5 minutes later]
I forgot how much stuff I have to bring for this weekend. Gleesh, you'd think I was going to East Ungadunga.
I'm packing for a weekend "camping", working support for a bike tour. Tent, sleeping bag, pad, clothes, radio, other radio, batteries for radio, power supply for other radio....anyone want to help carry?
